Starting 1 March… Hotel Nikko Hongkong’s Sky Lounge is presenting a series of refreshingJapanese Temptations cocktails incorporating Japanese sake and shouchu that promises to delight your palate!

Composing Suigei Shouchu Yuzushu and honey, Pink Sweetie is sure to win the heart of ladies with its sugary taste and pinkish color. Made with Miyoshikiku Koharu Tokubetsu Junmai and lychee syrup, Salty Fruitiness will impress you with its lychee flavour and exciting flame. With Miyoshikiku Koharu Tokubetsu Junmai, fresh lime and sprite, Bluish Citrus features the delightful fragrance of citrus fruits. Berries’ Symphony consists of Suigei Shouchu Yuzushu and cranberry juice, its aroma and berry flavour will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. Available until 31 May, Japanese Temptations cocktails are priced at HK$95 per glass and are also served at Lobby Lounge on the Mezzanine floor of the hotel.

For a romantic evening, try the new set dinner served at Sky Lounge along with the magnificent view of the night-lights. The four-course menu starts with a lip-smacking appetizer, Romaine lettuce and prosciutto with anchovy dressing. For main course, you may opt for the succulent slow-cooked grilled fillet of beef with wild mushroom risotto and rich red wine sauce or the slithery pan-fried Chilean sea bass with little neck clam and new potato sauce. Sky Lounge Set Dinner also comes with soup, dessert, tea or coffee plus a glass of house red or white wine. Costing HK$440 per person, the menu is available from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday to Saturday (expect Public Holidays). Nikko Dining Card members may enjoy 20% discount on this menu.
