PERIGORD BLACK TRUFFLE DINNER BUFFET
Café Serena is presenting a distinguished selection of dishes incorporating black truffles – “black diamonds of the gastronomic world” – from Perigord, France. Coupled with our chef’s impeccable culinary skills, the new dinner buffet promises a unique and value-for-money gourmet experience.
The buffet starts with a selection of appetizers such as poached chicken bologna with black truffle, shrimp and black truffle gelatin in glass, baby asparagus mimosa with black truffle, wild mushroom terrine with black truffle plus many more.
On the Teppanyaki counter are such irresistible dishes made for you a-la-minute. These offerings including pan-fried foie gras with black truffle – which is crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, and grilled US beef cubes with spleen mushroom and black truffle – which is meaty and juicy! Other recommendations include veal Emince with black truffle, seared sole and salmon roulade with Parma ham and black truffle and steamed garoupa fillet with ham and black truffle.
A sumptuous meal wouldn’t be complete without a lineup of delicious desserts. Must try includes the decadent chocolate truffle cream – made with dark chocolate that will melt your heart.
