“WINTER DELIGHTS” COCKTAILS
Sky Lounge presents the new heart-warming “Winter Delights” cocktails especially for this frosty season. Incorporating chocolate and coffee, the hot cocktails promise to heat you up this winter!
Ginger mint coffee is a concoction of crème de menthe white, Baileys mint chocolate and hot coffee. Do remember to stir in the ginger juice and mix well with the whipped cream on top when served. You will be delighted by the smooth texture and the coffee fragrance of this hot drink. Besides, the hot flavour of ginger juice makes this cocktail an ideal antidote to the winter freeze! Another warming offering, Caramel chocolate brûlée is a heady mix of vodka, Baileys caramel and hot chocolate. A spoon of chocolate ice cream and marshmallow are served with the cocktail for you to add into the sugary drink. Its aromatic smell and sweet taste will surely satisfy your sweet tooth.
Located on the top floor of the hotel, Sky Lounge possesses the spectacular view over the Victoria Harbour and is definitely an ideal place for chilling out with your friends and beloved one. To add glitz to your patronage, live electone performances are available from 9:00pm to 11:00pm from Monday to Wednesday.
Available from now until 29 February, “Winter Delights” cocktails are priced at HK$95 per glass. The cocktails are also available at Lobby Lounge on the Mezzanine floor of the hotel.
