Lobby Lounge presents a new afternoon tea buffet featuring a variety of Macanese specialties like crispy pork bun, queen crab congee, serradura pudding, promises to have you piping for more!

At the centre of “Macanese Savour” Afternoon Tea Buffet is queen crab congee. Prepared a-la-minute, the heart-warming congee incorporates supreme ingredients such as Alaska queen crab, red crab, snow crab and dried mushrooms. Another must-try is the Macanese favourite, crispy pork bun. The cooked-to-order offering is made with a piece of succulent pork chop, crunchy lettuce and crispy bun. Besides, clam vermicelli with preserved vegetables in hot and sour soup is available in show cooking style. Savour the slithery vermicelli soaked in a bowl of tasty soup!

Strongly influenced by Portuguese cuisine, Macanese delicacies are normally rich in taste. An array of zingy appetizers is available on the buffet table, the highlights are roast sardine with lemon wedge, chilled crabmeat toast, deep-fried baccala croquette and stir-fried clam with garlic and olive.

Good news for Portuguese cuisine lovers! Some authentic dishes like roast Portuguese chorizo sausage and short ribs, braised Portuguese chicken thigh and roast lamb shank in pirate style are also on offer in the lavish buffet.
