Café Serena’s lunch buffet features a splendid array of international cuisines including the all-time favourite seafood platter, assorted sushi rice and baked oyster, as well as a line up of tempting desserts. Fresh seafood and quality meat are served in dedicated teppanyaki counter and cook-out station. What’s more? Roti paratha and teh tarik are made a-la-minute by our talented Malaysian chef Jack. The 4-course set lunch at Les Célébrités offers appetizer, soup, main course and dessert. Recommendations include prawn cocktail, Parma ham with melon, grilled beef sirloin, braised Wagyu beef cheek, poached tiger prawn and slow-cooked salmon fillet. The dishes on this menu are changed weekly. Priced at HK$288 per person, the set lunch menu is available from Monday to Saturday from 12:00nn to 2:30pm.
