Hotel Nikko Hongkong maintains a philosophy of constant learning and openness in relation to the environment and sincerely welcomes all suggestions for continued enhancement of its environment awareness and conservation efforts, as evidenced by the following:

			Hotel Nikko Hongkong was the first hotel to work with Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Hotels Association in developing an environmental management system for hotels in Hong Kong. This was published and shared with all members of the industry.
			Details of Hotel Nikko Hongkong's energy conservation practices were published in "A Guide to Energy & Water Conservation in Hotels" and subsequently illustrated in a training video, "Learning the Green Way - Environmental Training for Hotels & Restaurants".
